30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging (when applicable)

  • Not a clearance or final-sale item

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened food, treats, and grooming supplies cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item free of charge or provide a refund.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, etc.), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled, but you can still request a return once it arrives.
